Sorry I didn't get it. I just double checked and all spritesheets and aseprite files are transparent. The drawing intentionally have some dark red pixels around in some parts. If you want to remove just this dark color, you can select all frames > shift + r > Select dark red and in the second box choose the transparent background (I selected a yellow so you could see). This will remove that color from All frames in one hit. =D
Alright! I'm doing some experiments skipping some frames and it's still looking good, but for a next batch update I'll have fewer frames on animations. I really appreciate you feedback Vad =D.

Is it possible to make this transparent? It has anti-aliasing with black background, is it possible to modify it in aseprite some way to fix it?

Yes they are PP. Previews just avoid copying. The FX are perfect just like this:

nice asset, a version in white will Make it easier to recolor in unity, but I can still do it with a shader
